All notice posters will include the "Design by StudioOfOri" watermark. If you'd like the watermark removed, 20k/$2 watermark removal fee will apply per project. Removing the watermark without permission or without purchasing the removal option will result in a 50k/$4 penalty fee.

Revisions are unlimited. However, requests to significantly redesign or alter the major concept after the preview will be declined.

Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the requested design.

Final files will be delivered via Google Drive. Please download your files as soon as they are delivered.

Please prepare your moodboard, references, color palette, wording, and any other necessary materials according to the brief form provided (the link can be found in the rate card).

Kindly fill out the brief form as thoroughly as possible. The more detailed your brief is, the easier it is to create a design that matches your expectations.

If your printing vendor provides a specific template, please include the file in your Google Drive brief folder.

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Production will start once the deposit has been received. Please note that all commissions are non-cancellable and non-refundable after payment has been made.

Please do not use photos from paid content, fan edits, or fansites (unless you have obtained their permission).

A preview will be sent no later than one day before the deadline. If I need a little extra time, I'll let you know in advance. I kindly ask that you avoid rushing the process or sending repeated follow-up messages.

Final files will be sent in JPG, PNG, or PDF format. If a PSD file is required for printing purposes, it will be provided as a merged PSD file.

Pembayaran menggunakan sistem DP 50% di awal. Pengerjaan akan dimulai setelah DP diterima. Mohon dipastikan karena setelah pembayaran dilakukan, commission tidak bisa dibatalkan maupun direfund.

Dilarang menggunakan foto dari konten berbayar, fan edit, atau fansite (bila belum mendapatkan izin penggunaan foto).

Preview akan dikirim paling lambat H-1 sebelum deadline. Bila dibutuhkan sedikit waktu tambahan, pasti akan aku kabari lebih dulu. Jadi mohon jangan buru-buru atau spam chat ya.

File final akan dikirim dalam format JPG, PNG, atau PDF. Bila butuh file PSD untuk kebutuhan cetak, file akan di-merge.

Mohon segera download file jika hasil sudah diterima. Folder akan disimpan maksimal 6 bulan. Setelah lewat dari itu tidak bisa menjamin file masih tersedia untuk dikirim ulang.

Untuk project commercial use, akan ada tambahan biaya sebesar 50% dari total harga commission.

Freebies online tidak termasuk commercial use jika dibagikan gratis atau hanya dikenakan biaya packing. Namun, jika ada biaya yang dipungut untuk menutup biaya produksi (baik non-profit maupun untuk profit), maka project tersebut tetap dihitung sebagai commercial use.
